Global Catering Services (GCS) was established in 2012 and today it is one of the largest and fastest-growing food-inspired companies in the UAE.

GCS is a member of the United Alsaqer Group, and it is active in four distinct areas - restaurants, catering, retail, and wholesale. In each one of these areas, GCS has built up a sizable presence in the UAE and internationally.

Our Brands

Zahrat Lebnan restaurant started in 1983 and serves authentic Lebanese cuisine in a traditional family dining environment. Zahrat Lebnan’s portfolio now includes eight restaurants in Abu Dhabi, with plans to expand its footprint in the UAE and across other GCC countries.

The cuisines of the Levantine countries come alive at Nasr Grill. The restaurant’s distinctive fresh and home-style cooking brand has made it a favorite in Abu Dhabi. The portfolio includes two outlets in Abu Dhabi.

The Bosporus Straits connects two continents, and The Bosporus restaurant connects the foodies of the UAE with the finest in Turkish cuisine. Bosporus started in Dubai in 2010 and we now have seventeen restaurants that delight customers with the wonderful flavors of Turkey in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Cairo, Al Dammam, London, and soon in Miami, Qatar, and Bahrain.

Alya is a modern casual Mediterranean restaurant located in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Inspired by authenticity, Alya serves a series of signature Mediterranean specialties from the Lebanese, Syrian, and Greek Cuisines. Backed by modern machinery, and tailored to today's upbeat Emirati clientele, Alya is elevating the traditional flavors and serving dishes in a very modern setting and ambiance with its open kitchen/grill setting and entertaining presentation.

Our retail business is consolidated under the Lebanese Roaster brand, which was established in 1978. Our vision is to be a brand of choice for our customers and franchise partners. Most of our products are imported from several countries. Lebanese Roaster is well-known as the number one choice for coffee and an extensive range of nuts, we also create distinctive retail offers for fresh vegetables and fruits.

Our wholesale business is represented by the Reef Foodstuff brand. Through this operation, we address the needs of customers in food-related industries. We have built a successful business by focusing on quality service and competitive pricing.
