Founded in 2012 under the umbrella of United Al Saqer Group in the United Arab Emirates, Global Catering Services (GCS) has evolved into one of the region’s most dynamic and diverse foodservice companies. Built on a vision to unite authentic culinary experiences under one platform, GCS operates across restaurant management, catering services, and retail.

Its regional presence is supported by GCS Bahrain Restaurants Management in Bahrain, GFG in Egypt, and Bosporus Restaurants Co. for Serving Meals in Saudi Arabia. From the beginning, GCS has been driven by persistence, passion, and entrepreneurial spirit—creating meaningful dining experiences that connect cultures, stories, and people.

We acquire and relaunch well-known restaurants in the UAE. In addition to reimagining restaurants, we also develop unique restaurant concepts. Our restaurant portfolio now includes six well-known brands that have contributed to establishing UAE as a world-class culinary destination.

Our retail arm has a growing portfolio of Levantine products, and it specializes in coffee and nuts. The products are exclusively sourced and are available through 19 outlets across the UAE, and more are planned. Our retail operations are known for exceptional and quality products.

We provide bespoke catering for private events, corporate functions, large-scale celebrations, and intimate gatherings. Our services also support specialist sectors, including schools, hospitals, factories, and hotels, with quality, flexibility, and reliable execution at every stage.

Our Brands

Founded in Abu Dhabi in 1983 as Lebanese Flower, Zahrat Lebnan began with a passion for sharing authentic Lebanese flavours, fresh grills, vibrant mezza, and warm family hospitality. Over the years, it evolved into a trusted household name and a cornerstone of GCS’s growing restaurant portfolio.

The cuisines of the Levantine countries come alive at Nasr Grill. The restaurant’s distinctive fresh and home-style cooking brand has made it a favorite in Abu Dhabi. The portfolio includes two outlets in Abu Dhabi.

Founded in Dubai in 2010, Bosporus was created to bring the richness of authentic Turkish and Ottoman cuisine to the UAE. Following its acquisition by Sheikh Abdulla Mohammed Bin Butti Al Hamed in 2016, the brand expanded from one Jumeirah restaurant into an internationally recognised dining concept across multiple markets.

Inspired by Morocco’s iconic architecture and rich cultural heritage, Bab Al Mansour was created through Sheikh Abdulla Mohammed Bin Butti Al Hamed’s vision for a premium Moroccan dining destination. From its handcrafted interiors to authentic recipes and ingredients sourced from Morocco, the brand offers a refined celebration of Moroccan cuisine and hospitality.

Established in 1978, Lebanese Roaster brings the traditions of Lebanese coffee, roasted nuts, and speciality snacks to customers across the UAE. Built by the same Lebanese founders behind Zahrat Lebnan, the brand has grown from a local favourite into an essential part of GCS’s retail portfolio.

The UAE is home to over two hundred nationalities and one of the world’s most challenging restaurant and food markets. UAE customers expect a distinctive experience every time they dine out or order food. We have succeeded because of our deep understanding of food, cultures, consumers, and different lifestyles.
